Bangkok Asset has Partnered with Srisawad as Agent for Selling NPA Assets
June 23, 2022, the executive team of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Co., Ltd. joined in signing a memorandum of agreement to be an agent providing renovation services for non-performing assets (NPAs) with Srisawad Power 2014 Co., Ltd. and SW Asset Management Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited. This includes full marketing and distribution services. This signing marks an important step in jointly developing solutions and enhancing Thailand's NPA property sector. It shall yield a large number of newly renovated second-hand houses for customers to choose from various styles of houses across Bangkok and the surroundings.
