Thus, the idea to operate a business under “Bangkok International Company Limited” was established, focusing on renovating second-hand houses to good condition for sale. This facilitated the process for sellers and helped buyers acquire second-hand houses in good, livable condition.To enhance the second-hand house renovation business, establish stability, create professional work standards and management, and prepare for stock exchange listing, an important decision was made to establish a new company. In 2020, “Bangkok Asset Intergroup Public Company Limited” was formed to operate a comprehensive second-hand house business, comprising: 1.) Agency with Renovation Business – providing second-hand house renovation service together with sale agent 2.) Reseller Business – operating a purely real estate brokerage business 3.) Agency Business – buying second-hand houses to renovate and resell.
