The Board of Directors has established channels for all stakeholder groups to directly contact/complain to Board about potential issues, especially matters that may cause damage to the Company, including complaints in cases of rights violations. Complaints could be reported directly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee via email: ac.chairman@bangkokassets.com. The Chairman shall receive these reports or complaints, conduct investigations, and report to the Board of Directors.

In addition, the Company has established a process for handling employee complaints about potential wrongdoings. A Whistleblower Policy has been issued according to the announcement (PC-ORG-007), which includes processes and guidelines for protecting employees or whistleblowers who report wrongdoings.
