On June 23, 2022, the executive team of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Co., Ltd. joined in signing a memorandum of agreement to be an agent providing renovation services for non-performing assets (NPAs) withSrisawad Power 2014 Co., Ltd. and SW Asset Management Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited. This includes full marketing and distribution services.
This signing marks an important step in jointly developing solutions and elevating Thailand's NPA property sector. It would yield a large number of newly renovated second-hand houses for customers to choose from various styles of houses across Bangkok and the surroundings.
For the newly renovated second-hand houses in this project, Bangkok Asset would like to thank Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited for the trust in allowing us to be a part of increasing the sales of the NPA assets.
