(“The Company”) is a leader in the renovated second-hand house business. The Company has been operating a business providing renovation and repair services for second-hand houses and being a sales agent ("House Renovation Business"), which involves taking on the consignment sale of second-hand houses along with renovation and repair before the sale in order to make them new and ready for customers to move in. This is done through beautiful designs, quality repair work, warranties on the work, and after-sales services. The Company has also been operating a real estate brokerage business for buying and selling houses, or the consignment sale of second-hand houses ("House Consignment Business"), as well as a business of purchasing second-hand houses and NPAs for renovation and sale under the Company’s ownership ("House Renovation under the Company’s Ownership"). The aim is to provide solutions for the customers who want to sell their houses but lack the knowledge, time, and experience to prepare the house ready for sale, and also assist the customers with limited budgets to be able to live in good locations. The Company aims to create awareness and opportunities for growth in the second-hand houses buying and selling business in Thailand.
