On May 7, 2022, at the 2/2022 Board of Directors' meeting of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Co., Ltd., resolutions were passed to appoint the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee Members to help oversee policies in accordance with good corporate governance principles, as guided by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and The Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, in preparation for the company's listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The appointees are

1) Mr. Siripol Yodmuangcharoen, Chairman of the Board of Directors (Independent Director) (center)

2.) นายอมรศักดิ์ เกตุจรูญ         ดำรงตำแหน่ง     ประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ (กรรมการอิสระ) (ลำดับที่ 2 จากซ้าย)

A disabled man, has dedicated himself to helping underprivileged children in society for over 10 years. "Teacher Chao," a teacher at the Rama 8 Children's Opportunity Center, works with homeless children and disabled children in crowded communities. He is a man who provides assistance to disabled children, helps them grow into good, quality youth in society, with education, until they can work and support themselves. Not only does he help children, but also sick people and poor elderly in many other communities under his care. With the belief that good opportunities are always around, he wants to offer even good opportunities to the small communities around him as well.
Bangkok Asset Intergroup Co., Ltd. has seen Teacher Chao's intention to work for the community and society all along. On the occasion of Children's Day 2022, we would like to join in sharing love and passing on happiness by gathering the resources of all our team members and delivering necessary items to Teacher Chao to further help others. Bangkok Asset Intergroup Shares Love and Kindness, Donates Necessities to 4 Welfare Homes

December 16, 2021, Mr. Pachara Tanawongkasaem, CEO of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Co., Ltd., led a team of employees to donate necessary items to 4 welfare homes as part of the "Bangkok Shares Love and Kindness" project. This project has been ongoing for 11 consecutive years, during which we have continuously supported and participated in volunteer activities with foundations and public benefit organizations that help the underprivileged in society.

Currently, there are many disabled, disadvantaged, or handicapped children who have been abandoned. Welfare homes serve as a second home for these individuals. Many of these homes have high monthly expenses for care and support. Bangkok Asset Intergroup recognizes the importance of this issue and has therefore donated necessary items including food and hygiene products worth over 120,000 baht to 4 welfare homes as follows:

1.The Foundation for the Welfare of the Crippled under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness (HRH) the Princess Mother.

2.Nonthaburi Home for Protection and Development of Persons with Disabilities (Baan Nonthapoom)

3.Foundation for Mentally Retarded and Brain-Damaged Infants (Baan Feung Fah)

4.Pak Kret Children Home
